Description:  Loxosomella have separate zooids.  The base of the stalk is not formed into a muscular disk that lets them detatch from the substrate and move.  This species has no horseshoe-shaped flange below the tentacles.

How to Distinguish from Similar Species:  Loxosoma has a muscular disk at the base which lets them detatch and move around.  Loxosomella nordgaardi has a horseshoe-shaped flange below the tentacles.
